In 2002 the new headquarters of Lonate Pozzolo, in the province of Varese, a few km from the intercontinental airport of Milan Malpensa, were inaugurated.
The year 2007 marks a further development of the operating area; the acquisition of other spaces allows for a better organization of the various production departments, finishing department and post-moulding processes, as well as a new area dedicated to a warehouse of raw materials, finished products storage and logistics.
Thanks to the collaboration with qualified companies, specialized in the supply of moulds, design & engineering, we are able to offer a "turnkey" service providing the customer with the best assistance from the preliminary phases of the project.
Today, thanks to dynamism, targeted investments, commercial seriousness with "pre and post-sale" service ROTOSTAR – provided with UNI EN ISO 9001: 2015 Certification, known and well-established in its field, works supported by the most advanced computer programs that allow us to offer and ensure quality levels according to the highest recognized standards.
The most innovative machineries work in our production departments, able to mould volumes up to 8000 liters. We are also provided with specific equipment to support the various moulding machines and we also take care of the routine and / or extraordinary maintenance of the moulds in order to ensure constant efficiency, as well as any modifications of the moulds themselves (if required).
